Wells Music Publishers is a music publishing house committed to producing educational texts and sheet music of the highest quality. Established by the internationally renowned author, Josephine Koh, Wells Music Publishers brings forth superbly produced music materials of the 21st century. Simply effective and excellent for teaching and learning, our publications combine the latest technology in music publishing with the traditional art of engraving.
Our printed editions encompass meticulous scholarly research with an awareness of current teaching and performance practices. They reflect the experiences of active performing musicians and teachers who are sensitive to the needs of today’s students. From the top-selling Practice in Music Theory series to the newly launched Teachers’ Choice series and Understanding Orchestration: The Orchestra & Its Instruments, much thought has gone into presenting the most effective teaching methodologies, enhanced with graphics, markings, and annotations universally recognised by music practitioners.

International Exhibitions
Wells Music Publishers has a strong history of showcasing our works on the global stage. From 2007 to 2011, we exhibited at the prestigious Frankfurt Musikmesse, Germany, where our publications received wide recognition and established valuable connections with educators, performers, and international distributors.
Building on this foundation, we are delighted to announce our upcoming participation in the Shanghai Messe, October 2025, in partnership with our distributor. This marks an exciting new chapter, expanding Wells Music Publishers’ presence into Asia and bringing our acclaimed publications closer to musicians, teachers, and students across the region.
